Third Time's a Charm

"Hway-shik": Work dinner.

Followed it with norebang

(karaoke): Nice.

           It may have taken nearly five months, but I sincerely believe that the foreign and Korean teachers have congealed to together into a cohesive team. That much was evident at our school's third hway-shik tonight. Many laughs were had and pictures shared and stories told. It probably helped that most everybody decided to drink (as is customary at these events). Also, due to much passive-aggressive legwork, I was able to swing everybody into going to a norebang afterwards. I think I can consider my Korean experience fulfilled now.
